Hello my friend,
How can you stay consistent as a content creator?
Staying consistent when it comes to creating content often poses as a challenge. There are always going to be obstacles when it comes to being consistent with anything and it is our job to figure out how to deal with the obstacles if we choose to.
Which, I totally recommend because with a will there is most definitely a way.
In this newsletter you will learn…
✔️Three tips on staying consistent
✔️My personal plan on consistency going forward from this moment with my own plans
✔️Tools you can use to stay consistent with your tasks and plans
Celebrate all your small wins. Every day is different and we need to set ourselves up for success and acknowledge and prepare for failure. Failure is part of the game and if we look at it from an analytical standpoint, failure is a good thing. It will help steer us onto the right path.
However, at some point we need to also be honest with ourselves and ask ourselves, why are we not reaching these goals that we have set for ourselves?
And how can we help ourselves get there?

⏰How can we stay consistent?
Three tips on consistency.
Set realistic expectations
-In order to stay consistent at something, we need to set expectations for ourself that are achievable and still make an impact. We can’t expect to much and we cannot accept too little. Set goals that you take time to formulate, figure out how long things take when you do them so you can plan for them, go off of the good old S.M.A.R.T. goals as a starter for succeeding at an achievable goal.
Make time for your consistency
-Have a planner and create your perfect schedule, especially including the things needing consistency. You will need to tweak this schedule, things change our whole life and we must be willing to adapt to change. This will help us grow.
Less is more
-Although you now have attainable goals, you will have days that you will have less energy. So plan for low energy days and do what is needed along with giving yourself grace and allowing yourself to be imperfect. Take the pressure off and never give up.
So… you know that last post that I wrote about all my big plans?
I failed.
Failing again for the millionth time.
As we have said before, this is a good thing. Lol.
I figured, this is stressing me out my muti-passionate focus and I have been avoiding it.
I got inspired and have been excited to do more music.
However, after testing the schedule I am feeling like it is difficult for me to maintain at this time.
Mainly because school started today and I just don’t want to stress myself out with too many projects including passion projects.
I am excited for a design gig that I am working on right now and am so grateful for all the small gigs that I have gotten on my artist and design journey.
So, for my plan moving forward as an update to us both is to create a new new new schedule that won’t stress me out.
You see, I am thinking of doing one album cover, one cover song and one other passion project brand… or two etc. will be all I can handle on top of classes.
Do you think this is still too much?
Totally expect to see my album cover soon and my art cover!!
I have the song recorded, but not yet mixed.
I have an idea for the album cover, but that is all. Lol.
So excited to share that part of my creative progress with you.
I’ll update you as I go.
Let me know if you want more content involving that process.
Tools to use:
We’ve talked about using a planner and how that can help us get a consistent schedule going.
You can see the planner that I use
I like this planner because it is simple, has plenty of room to write and I like that it is perfect for stickers.
Having your thoughts on paper in a journal or a planner is so therapeutic for me now a days. If your struggling with direction in your life, get yourself a schedule, write it down and start checking off your to do list for a boost of dopamine.
If you would like to keep something more digital, there are plenty of options. I have really enjoyed Notion.
It has proven to be intuitive and effective. I use it for a few of my systems and have been enjoying it so far. The UX UI design of the site builder has been such a fun tool to work and grow with as a business owner and content creator. So, If you are considering using it to help you manage your business, track your progress on projects or organize your life, Notion can help you do that in quite a satisfying way.
The video above is a youtube short that shows you the goddess polish full brand that we talked about before.
I am so thrilled to be continuing my logo and brand development.
So expect more projects!!
To send you off with a great big hug, I wanna say..
